The delivery times for Jumbo Bag products can vary depending on the product and the shipping location. Depending on your product choice, shipping can be from our warehouse located in Toulouse, in the south of France, or from our factory in Germany.

For deliveries within metropolitan France from our warehouse, you can generally estimate a maximum delivery time of 7 business days. However, if the product is shipped from our factory in Germany, the delivery time can be up to 12 business days. This timeframe includes both order preparation and delivery to your doorstep.

It is possible that we may extend this delivery time by 16 business days, and in such cases, we will send you an email to inform you of the delay. Beyond this maximum duration, we will contact you to decide either on a new delivery method (at our expense) or the cancellation of the order. If the order is canceled, we will provide a full refund. Please note that Jumbo Bag cannot be held responsible for any damages or additional expenses incurred by the customer due to this delay.
