Delivery Countries
We currently offer delivery to the following countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. For other countries, please send us a request to [email protected].
Shipping Method
The standard shipping method is handled by La Poste, DHL, or DPD Express depending on the package size. Packages are delivered to your doorstep.
Transfer of Responsibility
The transfer of responsibility for goods between JumboBag and the carrier occurs as soon as the carrier takes charge of the packages. A second transfer of responsibility occurs between the carrier and the customer as soon as the customer signs the delivery note. It is therefore essential to inspect any goods upon receipt.
In case of damage, it is important to note the damage on the delivery note and refuse the package. Please note that statements such as ‘subject to inspection’ or ‘subject to unpacking’ have no legal value with carriers or insurers.
Issues After Delivery
If you discover a problem after the carrier’s departure, please notify us by email at [email protected] within a maximum of 72 business hours following the receipt of your order. If possible, please include photos of the product and packaging to help us efficiently process your request.
