Return Conditions
Before we can proceed with the refund, the product should preferably be returned in its original packaging and must be returned to us in a NEW and UNUSED condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The product must show no stains, plant debris, animal hairs, or any other alteration from its original condition. Any degraded product will not be eligible for a refund.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, and if it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund of all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs paid for non-standard delivery methods).
