Return Conditions
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, which is why for exchanges, we strongly recommend exchanging only the cover. Before we can proceed with the exchange, the cover must be returned to us in a NEW and UNUSED condition.
The product must show no stains, plant debris, animal hairs, or any other alteration from its original condition. Any used or degraded product will not be eligible for an exchange.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, and if it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the exchange. If the product you want is more expensive than the one you had, we will ask you to pay the price difference. If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
