After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package is ready to be shipped, it may take up to a maximum of 7 days. When your package is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. In this email, you will find your tracking number and the name of the carrier handling the delivery (Colissimo, DHL, DDP, or Géodis).
To track the status of your package in real-time, simply enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website mentioned in the email. This will allow you to know the current location of your package and follow its journey until delivery.
